Mesilla Valley Hospice ("MVH") counts upon our donor’s support and is committed to protecting their privacy.

Donor Information:

MVH never shares, sells, or trades the names or contact information of our donors with any other organization. We honor the privacy and confidentiality of every gift.

MVH asks for donors’ personal information such as name, address, email, telephone, and any other relevant information in order to properly process donations or requests, thank donors properly, send donors additional information about MVH programs, services, and needs we believe will interest them, and protect against legal liability. We may recognize donors for their gifts in the annual report, newsletter, or other published materials with written permission from the donors.

If a donor wants to be removed from our mail or email lists or does not want any recognition for donations made public, a request can be made by email, letter, or phone. A statement on each donor receipt explains these options to each donor.

MVH associated websites (i.e. mvhospice.org, mvhospice.kindful.com, laposadaliving.org) automatically records the IP addresses of visitors, so that MVH better understands the number of visits the site receives, average time spent on the site, page views, etc. This data is anonymous and collected to ensure the quality of our web site.
